We couldn’t recommend Abvale Builders highly enough. Abvale completed a 2 storey 16 week extension project on our home and we could not be happier. From the moment we met with Steve and Tony to discuss our plans we were impressed by their expertise and professionalism. Their personal dedication, communication and reliability is outstanding, and they made the whole project a stress free experience…I would even call it enjoyable! They completed the extension with tremendous speed and to a very high standard of work. To whom it may concern.In summer 2010 we had a single storey extension built by Abvale Builders. We have nothing but praise for them. The project was finished on time and the price they quoted was the price that we paid (one of the lowest quoted). At all times they were professional, friendly and helpful and kept us fully informed of each step of the build. They also installed a new kitchen to a very high standard. They were on site the whole time and the project was finished in around eight weeks, which was much quicker than timescales quoted by other builders. We will definitely use them again for other projects planned.We would not hesitate in recommending Steve, Tony and their team and are happy to show the completed rooms to anyone who is interested in engaging them.

I was very pleased with the work that Abvale did for us. It was a significant job – a new bedroom on the first floor, extension to the bathroom and a new ensuite bathroom – but they exceeded my expectations in terms of speed of working, helpfulness and flexibility, and quality of the end result. I got three quotes for the work and their’s was the lowest, something that concerned me initially. But I have no doubt that I made the right choice with these guys and thoroughly recommend them.

We engaged Abvale Builders to complete a one storey extention to our property and found them to be conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy. The quality of their work was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend their services. Any inspection of the works carried would be most welcome.

I had a first floor extension done – this was completed in the time that I was told it would take and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. I would recommend them to anyone, and should I need any more work done on my house I would cerrtainly go to them.I also had extra work done and this far outweighed my expectations.
